How Voodoo Works.

1
A VIDEO GETS SUBMITTED

Side angle, a few working sets. One line about what's bothering the lifter.

2
A REAL COACH REVIEWS IT

Not AI. An elite working trainer with years of in-gym experience. They watch the video, frame by frame.

3
SPECIFIC FEEDBACK COMES BACK

Three cues, a corrective drill, and a clear explanation of what's going on.

What You Get

Real coaching. In writing. From a real coach.

Voodoo isn't an app that guesses. It's not an AI that tells you what 100,000 lifters before you heard. It's a working coach reviewing real lifts and providing what they'd tell a paying client in their gym.

Each review delivers:

  • Three specific cues tailored to the actual form issue
  • A corrective drill, with a video demo from the coach when it helps
  • A clear explanation of why the body is doing what it's doing
  • A next-step recommendation — whether that's a follow-up, an adjustment to programming, or "you're solid, keep going"
From Coach Marcus
Top 3 Cues
  1. 1.Brace before you unrack — your bracing is reactive, not proactive.
  2. 2.Drive the floor away on the way down, not just on the way up.
  3. 3.Tuck your elbows at the bottom — 30° off your torso, not 60°.
Drill

Two sets of paused box squats at 60%. Three-second pause, no bounce. Re-learn the brace.

Why This Matters

Reactive bracing means your trunk is yielding before the bar moves. You're leaking force you trained to produce. Fix the brace, the depth fixes itself.

Who It's For

Real coaching for everyone who wants real answers.

Whether you've been training for ten years or ten weeks, the questions are the same. Is my form right? Why am I stuck? What should I be doing differently?

Most fitness content gives you generic answers. Influencers give you motivation. AI apps give you angles. Voodoo gives you a working coach looking at your actual lift and telling you what they'd tell a paying client in their gym.

That works for the experienced lifter chasing a plateau. It works for the beginner trying to learn the basics safely. It works for anyone who'd rather hear from a real coach than guess.

Questions

Common Questions

How is this different from an AI form-analysis app?

Our coaches are real human elite trainers, not AI. AI form analysis is good at detecting joint angles. It can't tell you why your bracing is reactive instead of proactive, or that your knee cave is fixable in two cues. That requires a coach.

Who reviews my video?

What if I don't get value from the response?

We refund any consult that doesn't meet your expectations. No questions, no friction.

How private is my video?

Videos are seen only by the coach who reviews them. Voodoo doesn't share, publish, or train AI models on customer videos. Ever.
